Two important elements we need to employ in this regard are imagination and curiosity. Even when writing ‘facts’ and non-fiction we need to use our imagination. We need to imagine ourselves into the facts to create the possibility of our understanding them or having empathy with the situation. In other words, we must be able to put ourselves in the shoes of others. Curiosity or interest can be the instigating force here. And when we succeed in doing this the words emerge with energy…

It is a fact that a plethora of studies have been carried out on all types of traditional literature, with the exception of literature in electronic formats, an area which has remained largely unexplored. This paper examines one facet of such literature as a distinct body; that which appears in digital format on the Internet in Greek, mainly created by writers of the Diaspora.

Έπρεπε κάποτε να δίνονταν η ευκαιρία στους λογοτέχνες μας να έχουν το δικό τους βήμα, ένα βήμα που θα τους βοηθήσει να προβληθούν κι έξω από τα στενά όρια της δικής μας παροικίας.
